The Team
Marvin Farrar - President
Marvin has been involved in the trucking and insurance industry for 40 years, serving as both an insurance agent and owner of a trucking company. He is the founder and President of LST Insurance Agency and works with all sizes and types of trucking insurance clients.
Cheri Jones - Commercial Lines Agent
Cheri has been with the agency since 1999. She handles trucking, cargo, general liability, renewals as well as customer service-including certificates, MVR's, policy verification and loss runs.
Kasey Jones - Personal Lines Agent
Kasey has been with the company since 2022. She handles personal lines, homeowners, autos, rental insurance as well as customer service- including certificates, MVR's and policy verification.
Tom Wheeler - Personal & Commercial Lines Agent
Based in Florida, Tom has been with the company since 2023. He handles a broad mix of personal and commercial lines as well as customer service duties - including answering the phones, issuing certificates, running MVRs, following up for quotes and renewals, and ensuring a quality customer experience. Tom is also a licensed agent for Life, Health, and Medicare - truly a man of all trades!
Nick Ownbey - Customer Service Representative & Marketing Coordinator
Nick has been with the company since 2023. He handles a variety of customer service duties - including answering the phones, issuing certificates, running MVRs, following up for quotes and renewals, and ensuring a quality customer experience. Nick is also responsible for all of our social media.
Samuel Stewart - Commercial Lines Agent & Small Fleet Specialist
Samuel has been with the company since 2024. He has been in the trucking insurance sector for the last 10 years, His duties are to help small-to-midsized fleets navigate through an everchanging marketplace.
